*The services covered by the White insurance package, organized by Medicare, can be used an unlimited number of times, unless a limitation is indicated for the service. Within the framework of outpatient treatments, a wide range of medical examinations control examinations and therapeutic treatments are available.
**Two types of laboratory tests: CLASSIC or PREMIUM
The packages include the CLASSIC lab examinations by default for lab testing. The insurance can also be requested for a pre-defined group and with a wider range of preventive laboratory tests (PREMIUM) for an additional and without reference of insurance package.
The process of using a health service
- Booking appointments via Call Center (weekdays and during the day), in case of emergency via the 24-hour health advice line at any time »
- Coverage check based on the member ID and personal data on the Medicare Card (prepare card, ID) »
- On the basis of health complaints and health service requests, consultation on the health service, its time and location to be provided »
- By appointment, in acute cases within 48 hours, at a service point organised by Medicare »
- Identification by presenting an ID with a photo at a Medicare service point »
- Use of the health service.
