NSE (Neuronspecifikus enoláz)
A glikolízis egyik enzime. Minden sejt citoplazmájában megtalálható, de egyes formái főként idegsejtekben és neuroectoderma sejtjeiben vannak jelen. A neuroendokrin tumorokban a fokozott sejtdestrukció következtében szintje jelentősen megemelkedik a vérben. Az NSE jelentősége neuroblastoma és a kissejtes tüdőrák monitorozásában van, illetve a reziduális tumorok felismerésében.
