Infectology is a specialty dealing with infectious diseases. It is closely related to epidemiology. Given that infectious diseases affect the whole body, the infectologist may also work with physicians in other specialties.<\/p>\n

Thanks to prevention, i.e. vaccinations<\/a>, most infectious diseases can now be completely prevented, but it is important to note that more recent infectious diseases have emerged in the recent period.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    As a result of bacterial, fungal or viral infections, the body usually produces antibodies and immunoglobulins produced by the immune system. Serology examines their properties, reactions, and interactions.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
