veins, it is worth changing our bad habits first in case of <strong><em>mild complaints<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alcohol consumption, smoking should be reduced and if you are overweight, it is important to lose weight &#8211; as much as possible &#8211; as the extra weight puts an exceeding strain on an already problematic foot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is advisable to avoid lifting heavy objects, prolonged standing, because these put our varicose legs under increased strain. In case of standing work, the muscles have to be moved from time to time. (e.g. tiptoeing, walking)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Furthermore, it is not recommended to wear high heels, tight clothes; bathing in warm water (showering is recommended instead); sun-bathing; sauna.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left\" class=\"vc_custom_heading\" >Varicose vein surgical solution<\/h2>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, in case of <strong><em>severe varicose veins<\/em><\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/medicare-group.hu\/en\/surgeries-inpatient-care\/surgical-procedures\/laser-varicose-vein-surgery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">varicose vein surgery<\/a> should be considered to prevent further complications such as thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, or leg ulcers.
